HAVERFORD SUBDIVISION SWIMMING POOL Rules, Regulations, Hours, and Key Release Procedures 

Haverford pool inspected and passed by Cobb county. The pool is open for 'Swim at Your Own Risk' starting around May every year. Exact day will be communicated to all residents.

The following pool rules and regulations are to insure the safety and protection of our residents.

Pool Rules
1)      All children must be at least 8 years of age and must pass the annual swimming test administered by the Pool Attendant to swim without adult supervision during Pool Attendant hours.

2)      All residents at the pool will follow pool rules posted at the pool.

3)      When there is attendant, during the Pool Attendant’s break all children under the age of 18 will stay out of all water.

4)      The Pool Gate MUST stay locked and closed at all times.  Residents must use their own combination key each time they visit the pool.  It is not up to the Pool Attendant to leave the pool unattended to open the gate for residents.

5)      if misbehavior occurs.  Upon second offense, resident will be asked to leave the pool or secure appropriate adult supervision to remain at the pool.

6)      When there is attendant, When the Pool Attendant leaves at the end of the day the pool will be cleared of residents under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by an adult.

 Pool Rules- Non-Pool Attendant Hours-(7:00am - 11:00pm) 
1)      Residents must be 18 years of age or older to swim unless accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.  No one is permitted in the pool area without adult supervision when there is no Pool Attendant on duty, even if the person is not in the water.  Please do not take advantage of another family who is using the pool.

2)      If a resident and their family are using the pool and another person under the age of 18 enters the pool area, the first resident is not responsible for that minor.

3)      Residents may have 2 guests per adult (18 years or older).

 
4)      All pool rules posted apply for the safety & protection of the residents and guests.

5)      Residents are responsible for locking the gate, restrooms, turning off any lights and generally cleaning up after themselves before leaving the pool area.

6)      To Swim-At-Your-Own-Risk is a privilege.  Please do not take advantage of the other families who are enjoying the pool during non-Pool Attendant hours.

 Private Pool Parties 
1)      All parties must have a certified Pool Attendant on duty at all times to be paid for by the resident holding the party if held after regular pool hours.   Pool parties with more that 10 (ten) guests may not be scheduled during regular Pool Attendant hours.

2)      A $50.00 deposit is required and should be made payable to HAVERFORD HOA.  This deposit is for any damage of cleaning needed.  If none is needed, the deposit will be returned after an inspection of the premises is made by an HOA Pool Attendant or designated HOA Board member or representative.

3)      The pool area must be cleaned and all guests must leave the property by 11:00pm.

 Pool Entry Combination Number Issuance 
1)      Every family residing in Haverford Subdivision will be issued Pool Entry Combination Number that will unlock the gate to the pool. Please keep it confidential and do not share with your children under 18.2)      A separate Pool Key Release form must be signed and dated as a precondition to receiving a new Pool Entry Combination Number permitting Residents to use the pool facility.
